Starting with entertainment industry and advertising financing in 2005, has been in an investment consultant since 2012 active in the Asia Pacific Region. He has been pivotal as a key man for some of the biggest mergers, joint ventures and investment initiatives across this timeline. His key focus now lies in Energy, Infrastructure, Healthcare among others

With over 10 years of experience in the field of operations and management A graduate in Nautical Sciences is responsible for identifying land deals and ground-level implementation for the Draconis Developers pipeline. Highly skilled and motivated with a proven track record in the construction industry. Equipped with strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction operations. Adept at managing complex projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring efficient and safe project execution. JERRY GUPTA
An executive with experience leading data science and technology transformation business initiatives. He is experienced data science practitioner and teaches executive education classes at MIT and London Business School. Experienced in finding the Product-Market fit and developing user experiences that delight customers. He has launched new businesses both as an entrepreneur and within Fortune 100 setting. He has conducted due-diligence on transactions worth over $3B in aggregate value and has raised over $25M in private placements. Jerry has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Masters degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. He has also completed his MS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University

Atul worked in the capacity of Executive Vice President with Unitech Ltd. He has worked with the finest International/ Local Architectural and Engineering Consultants. As a strong opportunist, he has helped in shaping corporate real estate visions into reality with strategic planning and timely execution of work with a specialized workforce.
